License value:

1. Policy support: the management environment of pawnshops is becoming more systematic. The ministry of commerce and pawnshops industry association will deliberately lower the standards set by pawnshops.
2. Market demand: under the condition of market economy, the shortage of funds is a common problem faced by different enterprises or individuals, while pawnshops are welcomed by small and medium-sized enterprises, individual businessmen and the general public with the characteristics of fast and flexible financing.

3. Profit advantage: the interest and comprehensive service fee agreed in the pawn loan contract can be up to 4 times the loan interest rate of the bank in the same period

Application requirements:

1. Registered capital: the minimum registered capital of pawn shop is 3 million yuan;For those engaged in real estate mortgage pawn business, the minimum registered capital shall be 5 million yuan; For those engaged in the business of pawning property rights, the minimum registered capital shall be 10 million yuan. The registered capital is actually paid. 2. Legal person shareholders: the first largest shareholder is a legal person shareholder whose shareholding ratio accounts for more than 1/3 of all shares, and the total shareholding ratio of legal person shareholders accounts for more than 1/2 of all shares. A single natural person cannot be the controlling shareholder.
2. Office space: the business site must be a storefront with a lease period of more than 3 years and an area of more than 100 square meters.
3. Personnel: management personnel and appraisal personnel familiar with pawn business (specific requirements shall be subject to relevant policies)
