Application requirements:

Foreign, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan merchants who have invested in guangdong province and whose tax payment in guangdong province in the previous year meets the following conditions may apply for the quota of Hong Kong, Macao and mainland commercial vehicles:

Tax amount of the previous year must reach more than 150,000 yuan, can apply for the first commercial vehicle index;

The tax amount of last year must reach more than 500,000 yuan, can apply for the second commercial vehicle index;

Last year’s tax amount must reach more than 1 million yuan, can apply for the third commercial vehicle index;

Each tax increase of RMB 1 million in the previous year can increase the number of one commercial vehicle, up to no more than 15 vehicles.

1. Business license of the company
2. Business registration certificate and certificate of registration
3. Audit report of the previous year
4. Tax payment certificate of the enterprise
5. Vehicle registration document and 45-degree photo of the front corner of the vehicle
6. Driver identification document, home return certificate, driving license of both places, bareheaded photo
